This large piece was mined in the 1980's and displays a vibrant crystal opal layer on a bright green base, this also has a black layer on the very bottom. The brightness is 4/5 and displays good colour play from all angles. It weighs 163 carats or 32 grams. It measures 50 x 30 x 17mm and will be a great addition to your gem collection.
